My specialty is setting targets and breaking them down into concrete strategies and do-able steps so it’s easier to get started and easier to make progress within your busy life.
I know what’s worked for me, but that doesn’t mean that’s what is best for you. The whole point of coaching is to develop strategies that work FOR YOU.
I created this program because I understand what it feels like you’re trying your hardest and don’t have much to show for all that effort.
And I created it as a group program for several reasons.
- One, you see that all the things you think are fatal flaws in yourself exist in your peers which gives you practice having compassion for those flaws.
- Two, listening to someone else getting coached gets into your head differently, because your defensive walls are down.
- Lastly, your peers are there to share their wisdom and support your wins – sometimes wins you didn’t even notice.
As a certified life coach with an engineering degree, I love breaking skills and concepts down into practical strategies and tactics.
I guide you holistically with both mindset tools and science-backed nervous system techniques while Beth teaches you how to send your body all the right safety signals so it has the capacity to adapt and change.

In this program, we are going to implement the knowledge and skills to build confidence in who you are and how you do things.
We will learn:
- How to Actually take care of yourself and your blood sugar
- How to STOP fighting with reality and stop letting stress hijack your appetite
- How to send the right safety signals, and fuel yourself positively (not just nutritionally)
- Setting boundaries, how to know when your discomfort is healthy or not, and how to create an identity where you prioritize yourself
